Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. This means that you may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.

Please contact us before returning any product. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted or refunded.

Please include your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant photos or videos.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • Unused and uninstalled

  • Free from scratches, marks, or other damage

  • In its original packaging

  • Returned with all included accessories, screws, manuals, and components

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please do not send a return to the address shown on the original shipping package.

The correct return address will be provided after your return request has been reviewed and approved. The return address may vary depending on your location, the product, and the reason for the return.

Products sent to an unauthorized address may not be accepted or refunded.

Return Shipping Costs

For returns caused by a change of mind, ordering the wrong model or color, or other reasons not related to a product defect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

If the product is defective, damaged, incomplete, or incorrectly shipped, we will review the case and provide an appropriate solution. Depending on the circumstances, we may provide a replacement, refund, or return shipping instructions.

We do not automatically provide prepaid return shipping labels for all returns.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

Contact us as soon as possible if:

  • The product is damaged

  • The product is defective

  • Parts or accessories are missing

  • You received the wrong product

  • You received the wrong model or color

Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

  • A photo of the product packaging

  • A photo of the shipping label

After reviewing the evidence, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, full refund, or another appropriate solution.

Please do not dispose of the product until we have reviewed your request.

Product Compatibility

Customers are responsible for checking the product description and compatible camera model before placing an order.

If you purchase an accessory for the wrong camera model, you may request a return within the applicable return period, provided that the product has not been installed, used, scratched, or damaged.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when the wrong model was ordered.

A product is not considered defective solely because it is incompatible with a camera model that is not listed as compatible on the product page.

Refund Without Return

In certain cases, including low-value, damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped products, we may issue a refund or replacement without requiring the item to be returned.

Whether a return is required will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

This provision does not guarantee that customers may keep every product for which a refund is requested.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Products that have been used, installed, scratched, altered, or damaged after delivery

  • Products missing original packaging, screws, accessories, manuals, or components

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final-sale products, except where required by applicable law

  • Products returned after the applicable return period

Please contact us before purchasing if you have questions about whether a product can be returned.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way to obtain a different model or product is to return the original item. Once the return is approved, you may place a separate order for the new product.

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us before placing another order.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If an order is delivered to a customer in the European Union, the customer may have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days after receiving it, without providing a reason, subject to applicable law and legal exceptions.

The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, unused, uninstalled, and with its original packaging, accessories, screws, and components.

Customers exercising a change-of-mind cancellation right may be responsible for the direct cost of returning the product, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.

Refunds

We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns, orders placed for the wrong model, or other customer-caused returns.

For damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrectly shipped products, we may also refund the original standard shipping charge where appropriate.

Order Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify an order.

We cannot guarantee cancellation or modification after an order has been submitted to the supplier, warehouse, or shipping carrier.

Orders that have already been shipped must be handled according to this return policy.
